It’s something I used to struggle with—hard. For the longest time, I thought confidence was this elusive thing that other people were just born with, and I wasn’t. I would watch successful people move through life so effortlessly, so sure of themselves, and wonder, How do they do it? How do they just know?

For years, I thought confidence was something you either had or didn’t—a trait reserved for the lucky ones. But let me tell you, becoming a business owner changed everything. It gave me a newfound confidence in myself that I’ll forever be grateful for. And what I’ve learned?

Confidence isn’t just about business. It affects every single aspect of life.

Confidence Isn’t a Talent—It’s a Skill

Here’s the thing most people get wrong:

When someone isn’t good at something, nine times out of ten, it’s not a lack of ability or talent—it’s a lack of confidence.

Think about it:

• How many people hold themselves back from speaking up in a meeting because they don’t feel confident in their ideas?

• How many aspiring entrepreneurs never launch their businesses because they don’t feel ready?

• How many people stay in the same place for years, not because they can’t grow, but because they don’t believe in themselves enough to try?

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s built.

Step by step, moment by moment, action by action. And once you start building it?

It changes EVERYTHING.

How to Build Confidence (Even When You Don’t Feel Ready)

So, how do you build confidence when you’re starting from scratch? When doubt keeps creeping in? When your brain tells you you’re not good enough?

These are the three biggest lessons I’ve learned:

✨ Take action, even when you’re scared. Confidence doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from doing. The more you step outside your comfort zone, the more you prove to yourself that you can.

✨ Focus on progress, not perfection. Confidence grows with momentum, not perfection. Celebrate every win, no matter how small, because each one is proof that you’re getting better.

✨ Surround yourself with people who lift you up. Your environment matters more than you think. When you’re around people who believe in you, support you, and push you forward, you start believing in yourself too.

Stepping Into My Power as a Teacher

I thought I had my confidence figured out. I mean, I’ve come a long way over the years. I’ve built businesses, taken risks, put myself out there—but stepping into my role as a teacher and mentor?

WOW. It’s brought out a whole new level of confidence I didn’t even know existed.

Every single day, we hear from our students: 💖 “This course changed my life.” 💖 “This is the best thing I’ve ever invested in.” 💖 “I’ve learned more from this than anything else I’ve tried.”

And let me tell you—that lights a fire inside me like nothing I’ve ever felt before.
